Continuous Open Bidding Interest

Here at Texas Tech, we do participate in spring recruitment. This process is different from fall recruitment because fall is more formal and structured, while spring is informal and more relaxed.

COB (Continuous Open Bidding) in the fall is very similar to the spring recruitment process, where chapters will reach out to you. However, receiving a bid is not guaranteed, as it depends on the number of members in each chapter.
