Early Move-In Information
Recruitment participants who will be living in the dorms on-campus are eligible to sign up for early move-in on August 10th. Recruitment is from August 14th-August 19th, and regular move-in is from August 15th-18th. It is highly recommended that you take advantage of this opportunity to move in early on August 10th.
If you signed up for recruitment prior to June 16th:
Your name was sent to housing and you should have received an email regarding being able to register for move-in on August 10th. You will need to go into the housing portal and select the August 10th option to be able to move in on the 10th.
If you signed up for recruitment between June 16th and August 1st:
You are still eligible to register for early move-in on August 10th! Early move-in slots are NOT full. After you register for recruitment, you will need to wait about a week before you will see the August 10th option in your housing portal. The Panhellenic team sends a list of all recruitment participants who register every week on Monday morning, and it takes the housing department until Wednesday for their systems to update, which is why it will take up to a week for you to see August 10th as an option. Therefore, it is our recommendation that you go ahead and select a later date within the August 15th-18th time frame and then go back in and select the 10th when it becomes available to you.
