Positions up for election:
Executive Vice President (2 year term):
This position in a nutshell: Runs the Junior Panhellenic program and will transition to president the following year
Personality traits of EVP: creative, organized, good with time management, and personable
Vice President of Administration:
This position in a nutshell: Keeps track of the Panhellenic budget, manages council Delegate meetings, and keeps meeting minutes
Personality traits of VPA: organized, efficient, good at budgeting
Vice President of Judicial Affairs:
This position in a nutshell: Runs the Panhellenic Values Committee and manages PNM/Chapter violations during primary recruitment
Personality traits of VPJA: efficient, personable, good with time management
Associate Vice President of Recruitment (2 year term):
This position in a nutshell: Attends all recruitment meetings with the VP of Recruitment, plans primary recruitment during the summer, and serves as a member of the Recruitment Staff during primary recruitment. This position transitions into the Vice President of Recruitment the following year.
Personality traits of AVPR: good with time management, good at planning events, creative, and personable
Vice President of Engagement:
This position in a nutshell: Manages all Panhellenic social media, maintains the Panhellenic website, and plans all Panhellenic social events.
Personality traits of VPE: creative, good at event planning, organized
Vice President of Philanthropy and Service:
This position in a nutshell: Runs the Philanthropy and Service Committee, organizes volunteer hours, and plans givebacks/philanthropy events.
Personality traits of VPPS: passionate about philanthropy/service, organized, good with time management
Requirements:
Candidates applying for Executive Vice President or Associate Vice President of Recruitment must be a current sophomore because this is a two-year position. You must be willing and able to serve both terms to be considered for these positions.
Executive Vice President candidates cannot be members of Alpha Chi Omega, and Associate Vice President of Recruitment candidates cannot be members of Zeta Tau Alpha.
Candidates must have participated in Primary Recruitment as an active member of their chapter.
Candidates must be in good standing with their chapter.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in at least 12 hours and maintain full-time enrollment during the duration of their term on the board.
Candidates must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA and maintain a 3.0 GPA during the duration of their term on the board.
Candidates may not serve in any other executive position in your chapter.
Candidates will attend weekly meetings on Wednesdays and potentially run a committee. Make sure you have the bandwidth to take on this commitment before applying for a position on the Panhellenic Executive Board.
